M.U.G.E.N should be completely be open sourced in my opinion, unless of course they made their sprites or codes completely from scratch. I don't undersand why people get angry when you pick up their abandoned projects and continue their work (Especially if they don't plan on ever finishing it). To me, it was just an abandoned and unfinished project that was rumored to have caused a lot of problems.
